Fitzgerald Sells Properties to Harrah's |
| Fitzgerald Gaming Corp. of Las Vegas said it netted $2 million from last week's sale of two downtown Reno properties to Harrah's Entertainment. Harrah's bought the Nevada Club for $3.8 million. Fitzgeralds also announced it had sold a parcel of the Harold's Club development, located next to the Nevada Club, for $370,000. Fitzgeralds also said reached a related settlement with four lessors "resolv(ing) all claims against the company." After paying the settlement and making debt payments, Fitzgeralds netted $2 million from the sales.
