"Downtown Las Vegas had another face-lifting this month when the Nevada Club unveiled it's new spectacular - a 75 foot sign of plastic, neon and color. Letters five feet high in various color schemes shine on white plastic behind which a battery of high-powered fluorescent lights brighten the street. General reaction by the public has been enthusiastic and the opinion is that the sign has effectively tie together the three rooms of the club - the Nevada Room, Fortune Room and Zodiac Room. Candle power under the marquee makes this sign the brightest on Fremont Street." |
